What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
Currently, we are accepting PayPal only. PayPal is a secure third party
payment processor. You have the option of paying with a debit card,
credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. Please note that it is
NOT required that you have an account with PayPal. If you have any
questions about how PayPal works, we will be happy to assist you.
Louisiana orders will be charged an 8% sales tax on PayPal.
How soon will by order ship? TOP
We do our best to ship your order within 48 hours of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays and personalized items may take a
little longer, we will email you with an estimated shipping date.
Domestic Shipping: We ship primarily through the USPS. Our lighter
items ship 1st class mail while our heavier items ship Priority.
International Shipping: International packages will ship via USPS 1st
Class International mail. Shipping times can vary and can sometimes
take weeks so please be patient. Please note that buyers are
responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be
incurred.
Please note that our shipping costs are approximated and include the
actual cost of shipping plus a small amount for packaging. We do offer
shipping refunds via PayPal when the actual shipping costs are much
higher than the listed shipping costs.
Can I return my items if I change my mind? TOP
Yes. We take great pride in our work and hope you love our items as much as
we loved making them. If however, you are unhappy with your purchase
for any reason, please notify us immediately and ship your unused item
back to us within 7 days. We will then refund the purchase price of the
item only; shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer is
responsible for the return shipping costs.
Please contact us immediately if our items were damaged during shipping.

Almost all of the fabrics we use come from our fabric shop, Lola Pink Fabrics. We've got a great selection and offer super quick shipping.
